In the construction sector, safety is paramount. As the person responsible for on-site supervision of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, you will focus on high-risk activities such as working at heights, excavations, and confined spaces. You must verify that all workers—both directly employed and subcontracted—correctly use personal and collective protective equipment. If you identify a serious hazard, you are authorized to immediately halt work. You will also identify dangerous situations and implement corrective measures on the spot. You will collaborate directly with the safety coordinator and site management, reporting any incidents. You will participate in daily or weekly safety briefings with workers regarding task-specific hazards. Additionally, you will complete daily surveillance reports, incident reports, and access control logs. You will verify that new personnel have received the required preventive training before commencing work. Your role is critical in preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment, thereby contributing to the proper execution of projects. You will work on large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary teams, applying current occupational risk prevention regulations. Prior experience in similar preventive roles will enable you to perform confidently, where proactivity and rigor are essential. You will serve as the day-to-day guarantor of safety, safeguarding the integrity of all workers. Minimum two years of prior experience in similar on-site preventive roles. Mandatory basic occupational risk prevention training of 60 hours plus 6 hours in any specialty. Personal vehicle or availability to commute daily to the site. Willingness to travel anywhere within the national territory (meals and accommodation expenses covered by the company).
