Network and Security Administrator (Check Point) We are seeking a Network and Security Administrator with experience in communications and cybersecurity environments to join a stable, long-term project. The selected candidate will participate in the administration, maintenance, and incident resolution of network and security infrastructures, working primarily with Check Point technology in a critical, high-availability environment. Work Modality / Location San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid). 100% on-site work modality. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (40 hours per week). Availability to perform one week of on-call duty per month, after completion of the training and integration period (low-workload on-call shifts). Immediate start. Languages Not required. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in network and security administration. Solid, demonstrable experience with Check Point (mandatory): SmartConsole. Management of Security Policies, NAT, and VPN. Administration of objects. Administration of gateways. Performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Management Server administration. Experience with Fortinet. **Advanced networking knowledge:** Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP (desirable). **Experience in Cisco environments:** Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Routers, Firewalls. Experience operating in data center (CPD) infrastructures. University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. Responsibilities Administration and maintenance of the Check Point security platform. Management and configuration of security policies, NAT, and VPN. Administration of gateways and the Management Server. Incident resolution and analysis of communication and security issues. Performance monitoring of the network infrastructure. Administration and support of Fortinet devices and Cisco environments. Configuration and maintenance of routing and switching infrastructures. Collaboration in continuous improvement of the network and security infrastructure. Participation in the on-call service after completion of the adaptation period.
