Linux Systems Administrator | Apache, Tomcat, and WordPress | Hybrid

We urgently need a Systems Administrator with at least 2\-3 years of experience in the role and the IT sector to join our team, tackling major challenges while building a strong professional track record and growth path. Work modality: HYBRID — 2 days per week onsite at the office (Tres Cantos area, Madrid), remaining days remote. Responsibilities: * Administration and maintenance of Linux servers. * Management of Apache HTTP and Apache Tomcat servers. * Administration of PHP and WordPress environments. * Migration and upgrading of legacy and end-of-support systems. * Configuration and securing of web services (HTTPS/TLS, security headers, hardening). * Administration of IBM i (AS/400\), QHTTPSVR, and IBM WebSphere. * SQL database administration. * Task automation using Bash and Ansible. * Management of virtualized environments (VMware or similar). * Backup administration using Veeam or equivalent tools. * Infrastructure monitoring with Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, or similar tools. * Digital certificate management and server security. * Network support (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and firewalls). Requirements: * Minimum **2\-3 years of experience** as a Systems Administrator. * Experience administering Linux environments. * Knowledge of Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat. * Knowledge of Java/JVM. * Experience with PHP and WordPress. * Experience in migrating and upgrading legacy platforms. * Basic cybersecurity knowledge (OWASP: XSS, SQL Injection, RCE). * HTTPS/TLS, HSTS, CSP, X\-Frame\-Options, and nosniff configuration. * Knowledge of APIs, OAuth, and JWT. * Experience implementing rate limiting, throttling, and IP-based filtering. * Administration of IBM i (AS/400\) and WebSphere. * Knowledge of SQL databases and encryption. * Automation using Bash and/or Ansible. * Administration of VMware or similar virtualization platforms. * Experience with backup tools (Veeam or similar). * Monitoring with Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, or equivalent tools. * Certificate management and server hardening. * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, and firewalls.
