The role will be carried out within the Donor Acquisition Department, coordinated jointly with the Head of that department and under the Area of Resource Acquisition for Solidarity (ORS). Within this scope, the candidate will implement, develop, report on, and periodically evaluate the private-sector fundraising strategy, aligned with the Corporate Alliances strategic line and the Annual Operational Plan. With a multichannel approach, defining key KPIs, objectives, and reports to optimize, improve, and assess acquisition and retention campaigns for corporate partners. Responsibilities Define and implement proactive outreach actions to establish new partnerships with companies/foundations, as well as propose and develop innovative collaboration pathways in this area—including fundraising campaigns, projects, or initiatives—and foster corporate social responsibility among current and prospective partners, through means such as project sponsorship, sustainability enhancement, awareness-raising, corporate volunteering, cause-related marketing, or cobranding. Participate in developing relationships and partnerships with the business community and foundations to prospect and acquire leads regarding corporate collaboration and economic resource mobilization. Develop and implement proposals and initiatives aimed at retaining and strengthening relationships with corporate, business, and foundation partners, via omnichannel actions designed to increase partner engagement, retention rate, and lifetime value. Participate in designing and developing marketing materials, content, value propositions, and other resources required to implement communication cycles and acquisition and retention strategies for corporate collaborators—coordinating closely with the Communication and Marketing teams, and the Retention\-Donor Care team. Define KPIs and conduct detailed tracking of fundraising campaigns under one’s responsibility, preparing evaluation reports to detect deviations and apply necessary corrections/improvements. **Profile:** Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Misiones Salesianas. Commitment to and involvement with the organization. University degree or higher vocational qualification, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or related fields. Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles within marketing and/or fundraising departments, commercial account management, corporate social responsibility, or agencies. Experience in developing and implementing multichannel marketing and advertising campaigns—both online and offline—preferably targeting acquisition and retention of corporate partners in nonprofit organizations. Knowledge and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or others), marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud or others), digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics tools. Experience managing external agencies and vendors, as well as efficiently managing multiple concurrent activities and projects. Knowledge and/or experience in the third sector.
