At Ibérica de Duplicadoras, Official Konica Minolta Distributor in Madrid since 1994, we are looking to hire a Professional Printing Systems Technician to continue growing alongside a specialized technical team with extensive industry experience. We are an established company dedicated to the sale, rental, leasing, and comprehensive maintenance of professional printing equipment. We provide advanced printing and connectivity solutions for businesses, delivering high-quality technical service and personalized customer support. You will join the technical team responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of photocopiers, multifunction printers, and professional printing systems—both in-house and at our clients’ premises. Main Responsibilities: · Installation and commissioning of multifunction devices and professional printing systems. · Preventive and corrective maintenance of photocopiers and printers. · Technical issue diagnosis and resolution. · Device and network connectivity configuration within the client’s network environment. · Equipment preparation and inspection in the workshop. · Technical assistance and user support. · Equipment transportation and on-site installation. What are we looking for? · Proven experience in repairing and maintaining professional multifunction devices. · Experience with Konica Minolta equipment is highly desirable. · Vocational training (FP) in Telecommunications, Electricity and Electronics, Computer Systems, or related fields. · Network administration experience is valuable. · Knowledge of Linux and Mac is a plus. · Valid driver’s license. · Responsible, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. · Positive attitude, customer orientation, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
