Leading security in high-impact critical projects Location Madrid Category Information Technology and Telecommunications Subcategory Quality Sector Information Technology and Services Working Hours Full-time Work Modality Remote/Telework Professional Level Employee Department Information Technology ### **Description** NS Group is seeking an **Infrastructure Security Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to ensure **operational continuity** during the absence of the current **Infrastructure Security Manager.** The role will focus on **endpoint and server security, protection of infrastructure services**, and collaboration with **IT and Security teams**, ensuring compliance with **corporate standards.** **Responsibilities** * Review and assess **IT team change requests** in accordance with **security standards.** * Serve as the **Infrastructure Security Subject Matter Expert (SME).** * Support **continuous improvement initiatives** in security. * Collaborate with teams such as **SOC, Service Desk, and Data Center Operations.** * Drive **security in infrastructure projects** (e.g., antivirus migrations). * Conduct **vendor analysis** and evaluation of **security solutions.** **Project Conditions:** * **International and multicultural** environment * Collaborative work with global teams **(multi-time zone)** Join a global environment where your expertise will make a difference and where you can lead security in high-impact critical projects. Take the next step in your career and apply now! ### **Minimum Requirements** **Requirements** * More than **5–10 years of experience** in **Infrastructure Security.** * Experience in **multinational environments** and working with **vendors.** * Background as a **Senior Security Engineer** or **Security Architect.** * Ability to translate **security policies** into **operational controls.** * Experience in **technical documentation** (procedures, designs, guidelines). * **Fluent English level (C1\).** * Preferred: **Security certifications** and experience in regulated environments. * **Proactivity** and orientation toward **teamwork.** * Ability to engage in dialogue with **clients, technical teams, and end users.** * Availability for **on-call duties and interventions**, if required. **Technical Competencies** * **Security hardening** of **endpoints and servers** (Windows, Linux, mobile devices, storage). * Security of infrastructure services **(Active Directory, virtualization, file shares, VDI).** * Solid knowledge of security solutions from **Microsoft and Trend Micro.** * Proficiency in security frameworks such as **ISO 27001, NIST, and Zero Trust.** ### **Competencies** * ENGLISH * Cybersecurity * SECURITY * HARDENING * zero trust * ISO27001 * Server deployment * NIST * SME * SOC
