Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler to update 3D models, detect interferences, generate data, and manage documentation for industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are an engineering company specializing in project development and outsourcing services, participating in high-value technical projects within industrial plants. We are looking to hire a **BIM MODELER** to join our office in **Segovia and visit construction sites in Madrid**. What will be your mission? * Core and primary responsibility: updating the 3D models of the two projects using specialized software — specifically Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD — for the Madrid and Segovia projects. Detection of interferences and collisions, and communicating them to site teams to propose solutions prior to on-site execution. * Data generation: exporting data from models to cross-check budgets with site teams. * Deliverables: discipline-specific 3D models in Autodesk Revit’s .rvt format; other specific deliverables in AutoCAD’s .dwg format. * Document control: managing versions and workflows via common data environments (CDE) for both ongoing projects. What are we looking for? * BIM specialization in structures, architecture, and MEP; versatility is also valued. * Software: REVIT, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks * Approx. 5 years of experience in the sector * Willingness to travel to construction sites in Segovia and Madrid (1 day of remote work) Location and Conditions * Office in Madrid; construction sites in Madrid and Segovia. * Hybrid working model: 3 days in Madrid, 1 day in Segovia, and 1 day of remote work. * Candidate must have their own vehicle; fuel expenses between our offices and the two construction sites (1 in Segovia and 1 in Madrid) will be reimbursed.
