Stage 1 \- Introduction to OBRAMAT: You will join the Company as a Commercial Manager, beginning your journey by experiencing the role of Salesperson. This stage is crucial to integrate into the commercial environment, deepen product knowledge, and apply technical sales competencies, customer orientation, and continuous learning — laying the foundation of the business and validating your ability to assume greater responsibilities. Stage 2 \- Commercial Manager: Progressively perform the Commercial Manager role autonomously.
