Compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262) Overview: **ALM Project Manager – Codebeamer / 3DExperience (Automotive)** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Madrid **Work Model:** Hybrid### **About the Project / Client** You will join a strategic project within the **automotive** sector, leading the implementation of a key **Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)** tool for managing embedded software in powertrain systems. You will work in a cutting-edge technological environment, with strong integration between **Codebeamer** and Dassault Systèmes’ **3DExperience platform**, directly contributing to traceability between product configuration and associated software. ### **What You’ll Do** * Lead end-to-end implementation of **Codebeamer**, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-deployment support. * Coordinate integration between **Codebeamer and 3DExperience**, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing processes. * Define and monitor the project plan: scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, and vendors), aligning technical and business needs. * Manage relationships with integrators, vendors, and external consultants. * Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity). * Drive training sessions, workshops, and change management activities to ensure tool adoption. * Report project progress and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. ### **✅ What Will Make You Succeed** * Proven experience as a **Project Manager** in complex technology environments. * Knowledge of **ALM** tools, ideally **Codebeamer**. * Experience in **automotive** or industrial sector projects. * Familiarity with standards such as **ASPICE, ISO 26262**, and regulated environments. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * Strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills. * High level of **English**, essential for the project’s international context. * **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience with **3DExperience (Dassault Systèmes)**. * Technical background in embedded software or engineering systems. * Experience integrating PLM and ALM tools. ### **What We Offer** Hybrid work (Madrid) Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy.
