ACCIONA Energía adheres to the most rigorous environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) standards.** We seek an intern to join ACCIONA Energía’s CECOER team in Madrid starting September 2026. **Job Description** Mission: Support the CECOER Data Team in building, maintaining, and enhancing data pipelines and tools that transform operational plant data into actionable, real-time decision-making information. * Support in developing and maintaining data ingestion and processing pipelines for operational data (SCADA signals, time series, alarms, and events). * Data cleaning, structuring, and quality control for renewable power plant data. * Collaboration in designing dashboards and visualizations (Power BI) for operations teams. * Support for advanced analytics and AI initiatives applied to operations (e.g., anomaly detection, forecasting unplanned outages). * Documentation of data processes and models. **Required Skills and Competencies** * Final-year undergraduate or master’s student in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, eligible to sign a training agreement. * Proficiency in Python and SQL; Power BI, Spark, Azure/cloud platforms, and foundational knowledge of time series are advantageous. * Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector and data. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. *As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
