Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to supervise, coordinate, and control works, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations in circular construction. At Construcía, we are currently seeking a **Construction Site Manager**, whose main responsibilities include: * Opening and closing the construction site, receiving materials, and setting out * Supervising the quality of works carried out on site * Coordinating works on site * Supervising correct application of occupational risk prevention on site * Complying with requirements and standards established in the quality and environmental management systems * Proper segregation and management of waste * Monitoring work performed by contractors and subcontractors—including both execution and resources employed * Preparing daily work reports **Desirable Requirements:** * Proven prior experience as a Construction Site Manager * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) * Training in quality and environmental management systems **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Performance-based bonus * Positive working environment * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible compensation *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
