Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled professional with business acumen and passion for AI to identify opportunities for improvement and transform them into automation solutions and productivity tools. This role’s mission is to identify improvement opportunities across the organization and convert them into concrete solutions using automation, system integration, AI agents, and productivity tools. Key Responsibilities Act as a catalyst for efficiency and innovation by eliminating manual tasks, optimizing workflows, and bringing the potential of Artificial Intelligence to all areas of the company. Analyze processes and workflows across different departments to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence-based solutions to address real operational needs. Build AI agents, virtual assistants, RAG systems, and document processing tools. Create internal applications and dashboards enabling users to interact simply with new technological solutions. Design and implement system integrations via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Develop scripts and automations that optimize operational processes and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with non-technical teams to understand their needs and translate them into concrete solutions. Requirements Experience developing automations, integrations, or business technology solutions. Advanced proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing. Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. Practical knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. Experience using AI tools for development and process automation. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Ability to design end-to-end solutions—from problem identification to implementation.
