Description
The position involves operating high-rack order-picking forklifts to prepare orders in high-bay warehouses. Daily activities include loading and unloading goods, moving materials within the facility, and efficiently organizing stock on shelves. Work will be carried out following strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to goods, as well as to maintain an orderly and productive work environment. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure orders are completed accurately and promptly, thereby supporting the supply chain and overall logistics operations. The person in this position will be responsible for basic equipment maintenance and pre-use inspection, reporting any anomalies. Work takes place in a dynamic warehouse environment where coordination with other team members is essential for operational smoothness. Adaptability to various logistics tasks according to daily needs will be valued, always prioritizing safety and efficiency in material handling.
Working hours are fixed, from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break. The workplace is located in the Villaverde district. Employment is on a monthly renewable contract, subject to performance and company requirements. Terms and conditions comply with current labor regulations.
A valid forklift operator's license and an official diploma certifying training for operating counterbalanced and order-picking forklifts are required. Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment is necessary. Teamwork ability, precise instruction-following, and commitment to safety standards will be valued.
