This is a unique opportunity to participate in the creation and development of a hospital pharmacy service, actively contributing to defining its processes, organization, and long-term strategy. The pharmacy service covers all clinical areas (dispensing, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutical care, management, etc.) and will soon incorporate the Clinical Trials Unit, offering a dynamic, growing, and highly specialized environment. We seek a candidate with a patient-centered approach, capacity for interdisciplinary teamwork, and motivation for continuous improvement. **Workplace: Pozuelo de Alarcón** **Requirements:** * Degree in Pharmacy. * **Mandatory specialization in Hospital Pharmacy (FIR).** * Prior experience in hospitals. * Knowledge of hospital pharmacotherapy, cytostatics, and medication management. **Responsibilities:** * **Launch of the Cytostatics Unit**: Develop protocols, design workflows, and establish preparation of chemotherapy and hazardous products together with the oncology team. 2\. **Validation and Pharmaceutical Care**: Actively collaborate with medical and nursing teams for pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, promoting rational drug use based on safety, efficacy, and efficiency criteria; medication reconciliation upon admission. 3\. **Medication Management**: Lead procurement, storage, and distribution processes, ensuring stock levels and availability both in the pharmacy and peripheral warehouses. 4\. **Quality and Safety Control**: Supervise preparation and dispensing (unit-dose carts, narcotics, restricted-use and off-label medications), ensuring the highest standards prior to administration to the patient. 5\. **Teaching and Quality**: Participate in clinical committees, quality improvement groups, and continuing education sessions. 6\. **Collaborative Leadership**: Work closely with the pharmacy and technical staff team. **What We Offer** * **Temporary contract, covering vacation leave.** * Open recruitment for professionals with service vocation and commitment, to join a collaborative and specialized team. * An environment that fosters your professional development.
