Currently, we are seeking a **Production Manager** to join our construction team. Your main responsibilities will be: * Planning and organizing all necessary activities to ensure proper execution of works, achieving deadlines or reducing them * Negotiating and securing the best contracting options for suppliers/subcontractors according to quality, pricing, and execution timelines * Performing monthly financial closing to meet predefined targets, including incurred costs, payments, volume of completed work, and deviations during the period, ensuring compliance with regulations * Minimizing after-sales rework * Establishing a relationship of trust and being proactive with the client and technical management to ensure customer loyalty * Monitoring all safety measures and compliance with the safety plan * Managing company documentation regarding established procedures and compliance with ISO standards **Desirable requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar * Previous experience as a Production Manager * Advanced level of English **What we offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Performance-based bonus * Positive working environment * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible compensation *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
