At Hill International Spain, a company specializing in Project Management within the construction sector, we are looking for a competent **Planner** to join our team, dedicated to successfully delivering our projects and providing high-quality support to our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring reliable planning, smooth execution, and timely completion. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and comprehensive knowledge of project management principles. Special emphasis will be placed on **luxury residential and hospitality projects**. This is a position with strong professional prospects within Hill International, as it will be a fundamental role in our growth in Spain. * Develop a master schedule covering various phases and subprojects, ensuring alignment with client objectives. * Review the contractor’s program schedules and phase-based plans for procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. * Support the general contractor in developing and implementing schedule optimization strategies to reduce project duration and improve resource efficiency. * Prepare monthly reports and dashboards summarizing client team activities, including schedule, costs, issues, concerns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Degree preferably in Architecture or Engineering; other construction-related degrees may be considered based on relevant experience. * Minimum of **5 years’** experience in project scheduling within the construction industry, preferably in hotels/residential/offices and similar sectors. * Solid proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools, especially **Primavera P6**. * Fluent **English** language skills (**mandatory**). * Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
