Job Summary: Intern for the CHANEL Training Team, supporting trainers in learning strategy design, implementation, and project monitoring, focusing on data analysis, content creation, and process automation. Opportunity to join a leading fashion company As a Learning Intern, you will be part of the CHANEL Training Team and responsible for supporting our trainers and contributing to learning strategy design, implementation, and project monitoring for CHANEL. What will you do?* Support with databases and CHANEL Academy; * Support in KPI extraction and data analysis. * Support database management and dashboard creation in Excel and Power BI. * Assistance in translating training content (Podcasts, Onboarding Modules, User Manuals, etc.). * Management of award and training material distribution. * Audiovisual content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (reels, videos, images, layouts, etc.). * Use of digital tools for newsletter creation, reporting, etc. * Automation of repetitive processes through technology. * Support in managing the training tool INSIDE BEAUTY. What are we looking for?* Advanced oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. * Organizational ability; * Teamwork; * Proficiency in Office 365; advanced Excel skills; * Strong communication skills; * Data-oriented mindset; * Education in Design, Multimedia, or Digital Content is a plus. * Preferred: experience in training.
