We are seeking a Management Systems Controller to join the Operations team of an international services company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing attendance control systems, shift scheduling, and providing support across various work sites, ensuring smooth process operations and effective internal client service. Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00. Friday: compressed working day. No compressed working day during summer. Hybrid remote work. ### **Responsibilities** Manage and maintain attendance control systems across multiple work sites. Train users on management control applications. Handle inquiries and incidents via telephone and WhatsApp. Manage and maintain staff rosters. Plan work shifts. Provide daily operational support to the operations team. Ensure proper system functionality and compliance with established procedures. ### **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Office suite. Prior experience in workforce planning, time tracking, or administrative management is desirable. Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and internal customer orientation.
