Supervision, Coexistence Safety, and Environment Management Conduct periodic supervision rounds throughout the facilities to ensure resident comfort, silence, and safety without infringing on privacy. Monitor access control and entry/exit logs during nighttime hours, and manage luggage storage or personal belongings as required. Ensure compliance with the internal regulations (e.g., lights-out times, substance use restrictions on premises, coexistence rules). 2\. Socioeducational Support and Emotional Containment Provide active listening and timely support to residents experiencing insomnia, anxiety, or other emotional difficulties during the night. De-escalate interpersonal conflicts or tense situations using nonviolent conflict resolution techniques. Respond to urgent basic needs arising during the shift (e.g., basic first-aid kit, blankets...). 3\. Emergency and Incident Management Activate and coordinate emergency response protocols for medical emergencies, psychiatric crises, fires, or serious breaches of order (e.g., contacting 112, 061, or Security Forces), as well as center-specific protocols. 4\. Documentation, Coordination, and Handover of Information Complete the nightly incident logbook in detail, objectively, and neutrally. Conduct a thorough shift handover (information transfer) with the morning team. Immediately notify Technical Management of any critical incidents occurring during the night. Work methodology based on Trauma-Informed Services. Work three consecutive days, followed by three days off, and so on. **Profile:** Required Qualification: Social Integration or equivalent training.
