The selected candidate will participate in administering on\-premise and cloud environments, resolving incidents, monitoring systems, automating processes, and evolving infrastructure technology—collaborating closely with various technical and business areas to ensure service continuity and quality. Responsibilities: 1\) Server and Platform Infrastructure * Administration of physical and virtualized servers (Hyper\-V and Proxmox, Oracle OCI and Azure). NAS, Storage, UPS * Maintenance of server racks (organized, cabled, inventoried, and in proper operational status) * Management of virtual servers – Windows / Oracle Linux / Docker, etc. 2\) System Documentation * Review, create, and update technical documentation regarding system and network configurations and architecture. Collaborate with other IT departments to document applications and architectures. * Prepare, review, and update SOPs/PNTs for system management – backups / contingency plans, OS configuration, runbooks, etc. * Update and maintain the company’s CMDB for all systems and devices using GLPI and Lansweeper. Automate maintenance processes. 3\) System Monitoring * Administer and maintain the PRTG monitoring system. Review configuration and improve system performance. * Propose enhancements and changes to integrate application and process monitoring systems. 4\) Identity, M365, and Device Management * Office / Microsoft 365 administration * Administration and maintenance of the Azure tenant, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker, Power Automate * Active Directory management (GPOs, OUs, user management, permissions, and policies) 5\) Security * Network management, including Fortinet, Aruba, and Ubiquiti * Antivirus administration (Sophos / Defender) * Backup administration (Veeam Backup and Barracuda) and support for restorations * Vulnerability analysis and remediation using Tenable; network analysis/inventory using Lansweeper Requirements: * Intermediate English level, oriented toward technical environments, documentation, and vendors. * 3 years of experience. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
