At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** You will join as a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic, multi-category transformation project in planning and merchandising, driven by the implementation of a digital SaaS solution. Your mission will be to analyze the current business reality, co-design the optimal solution together with teams, and lead its end-to-end implementation—ensuring alignment, adoption, and tangible impact across the organization. You will be a key link connecting business, technology, and data in a transformation environment. **Main Responsibilities and Requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and impact * Define and maintain the project governance model, managing risks, dependencies, and incidents * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, data, and vendors) to ensure smooth execution * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint reviews, retrospectives) * Participate in solution design with business stakeholders, translating requirements for vendors * Coordinate and execute the testing plan (UAT), validation, and go-live activities * Manage stakeholder communications through status tracking, reports, and committee presentations * Support change management, ensuring organizational adoption of the solution * Promote continuous improvement and an Agile working culture across teams **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus) * Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic consulting, project management, or planning/merchandising roles in retail * Experience leading transformation projects and implementing SaaS solutions * Knowledge of retail processes: demand planning, procurement, inventory, pricing, and promotions * Experience with IBP, S&OP, or S&OE methodologies * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Experience in Agile environments * English language level B2 (fluent) * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Jira, or Asana * Exposure to AI tools applied in professional settings * Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and results orientation * Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
