We are seeking a person for the maintenance assistant position at a tourism-sector company in Madrid. Responsibilities include assessing malfunctions and maintaining facilities, contacting technical teams from headquarters (engineers, surveyors, architects, etc.), attending to and resolving incidents promptly and effectively to restore normal operations in common areas and guest rooms as soon as possible, monitoring stock levels of consumables, tools, and personal protective equipment, and performing other duties inherent to the role. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday on a split shift, working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in similar roles. * We seek a candidate with customer service skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Spanish \- Native. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO)
