




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Consultant with experience in subsidies to support the technical, economic, and administrative management of files in the public sector. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Act and the General Subsidies Act. ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a **Data Consultant with Subsidy Experience** to join one of our most important public-sector clients. **What will your responsibilities be?** The service will support tasks related to the technical, economic, and administrative management of files, including the following activities: * Support in the technical evaluation of infrastructure or construction projects submitted by beneficiaries, addressing administrative, economic, and technical aspects. Verification of compliance with applicable regulations for each project and with the regulatory frameworks governing subsidy awards. Review of project documentation—including reports, plans, budgets, and energy certification documents—produced under accredited certification programs (HULC, CE3X, CERMA, etc.). Interpretation, evaluation, assessment, monitoring, and archiving of projects and technical reports. * Support in the administrative verification of files: review of supporting documentation submitted by beneficiaries, covering administrative, economic (accounting documents, invoices, and payment proofs), technical, and physical aspects of operations, to verify that declared expenditures are real and that applicable regulations governing subsidy awards are met at each payment milestone. * Support in processing procedures for loss of entitlement to payment or reimbursement arising from non-compliance with conditions or insufficient or missing justification by beneficiaries; preparation of technical reports, initiation agreements, draft resolutions, and final resolutions regarding loss of entitlement to payment, revocation, and/or reimbursement. * Support in calculating and determining eligible and subsidizable costs; preparation of requests; drafting of technical reports, draft resolutions, and final resolutions on suitability of requirements or identification of remediable deficiencies; analysis of statements of grounds; and processing of associated documentation. * Support in on-site verification of implementation of subsidized activities: field verifications, identification of remediable deficiencies, requests for remediation, draft verification reports and minutes, recalculation of subsidies, etc. * Support in processing payment orders, revocations, statements of grounds, complaints, appeals, and declarations of prescription. * Support in documentary processing of files, including archiving, sorting, cleaning, and scanning—both physically and electronically. * Support in economic and financial processing of files. * Support in leveraging ITJ data for management, archiving, processing, feeding, and maintenance of databases across various programs; definition of models for data exploitation and analysis, including extraction of conclusions. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree or Master’s in Technical Engineering or a scientific, industrial, mathematical, computer science, or similar field. * Minimum five years of professional experience in engineering and/or data consulting roles. * Professional experience in data processing activities: collection, coding, normalization, integration, source identification, storage, cleansing, and reliability assurance. * Professional experience in data modeling and prediction activities: development of data models for exploitation, predictive studies, and scenario simulations. * Professional experience in data analysis and interpretation activities: application of predictive statistics, statistical planning, and tools to identify patterns, relationships, and trends (advanced use of Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Professional experience in data visualization, dissemination, and communication activities: creation of charts, dashboards, and reports understandable to non-technical audiences to facilitate decision-making. * Knowledge and experience in the Public Sector Contracts Act, the General Subsidies Act, and the Common Administrative Procedure Act applicable to public administrations. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Where would we like you to be located for this position?** This role will be performed at the client’s offices located at Paseo de la Castellana 160, Madrid, under a hybrid work arrangement. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible working hours, with a reduced working day on Fridays. * Reduced working hours during July and August, where, for better work-life balance, working hours are from 8:00 to 15:00. * Flexible compensation package enabling you to choose medical insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, or transportation vouchers. * Free English classes to improve or reinforce your current language level. * Access to an extensive benefits portal offering products and services across multiple sectors (flights, hotels, fashion, technology, home goods, etc.) at preferential rates for Izertis employees. * 22 working days of vacation per year, your birthday off, and December 24th and 31st as additional holidays. **About Izertis** At Izertis, we drive digital transformation for companies, organizations, and individuals through tailored, innovative, and impactful technological solutions.
