At SERES, we are looking for a Systems Administrator Technician to join our team. We are part of the French corporate group Docaposte, an international pioneer and specialist in Electronic Invoicing and EDI solutions.
### **Job Description and Responsibilities:**
A Systems Administrator accustomed to working in critical environments with high-availability requirements. Responsibilities and required knowledge relate to operating systems and associated technologies:
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux operating systems (RHEL/Oracle Linux).
* Bash scripting knowledge. DevOps knowledge (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Apache and Nginx web servers.
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tomcat application servers.
* Operating system security and hardening.
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of service monitoring solutions, including creation of checks (agents).
* Backup management/administration using dedicated tools.
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMware.
* Management of SAN and NAS storage systems.
### **Minimum Educational Requirements:**
* Technical or Higher Engineering degree in Computer Systems, or Vocational Training (FP) in Systems Administration.
### **Minimum Requirements:**
* At least 5 years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator. Experience working in critical environments with high-availability requirements.
* Availability to perform on-call duties.
### **Desired Requirements:**
* Cloud knowledge (OCI, AWS, Azure, etc.), programming skills in Python and Groovy.
* Advanced Unix/Linux, networking, and storage cabinet management knowledge (partitioning, etc.), experience maintaining database servers.
* Server and Syslog administration.
* High-availability environment management, process automation, and monitoring/scheduling tools. Certifications such as LPI, RHCE, or Linux+ are valued.
* Ability to read technical documentation in English.
