The selected candidate will manage and optimize private banking clients’ investment portfolios, delivering personalized financial advice focused on profitability, capital preservation, and achievement of each client’s wealth objectives — aligned with the bank’s global strategy and applicable regulations. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Designing, implementing, and monitoring investment strategies for high-net-worth clients. * Analyzing financial markets, assets, and investment products (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives, structured products, etc.). * Developing investment proposals tailored to each client’s risk profile, objectives, and time horizon. * Coordinating with product, research, and portfolio management teams to align with the overall strategy. * Conducting ongoing portfolio performance monitoring and proposing tactical and strategic adjustments. * Ensuring regulatory compliance (MiFID II, SFDR, etc.) and adherence to sustainability and governance standards (ESG). * Supporting client acquisition and retention alongside private bankers. * Preparing periodic reports and performance presentations for clients and the Investment Committee. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment management. (Mandatory) * Experience directly serving high-net-worth clients is highly desirable. (Desirable) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics, Economics, or Engineering. (Mandatory) * Postgraduate studies related to quantitative and/or qualitative finance (CFA, FRM, CESGA, etc.). (Desirable) * Postgraduate degree / Master’s degree. (Desirable) **Languages** * English — advanced level (Mandatory) **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Proven ability and experience managing multidisciplinary and complex teams. (Mandatory) * In-depth knowledge of financial markets, either as advisor or portfolio manager. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Reuters, Bloomberg.XXX. (Mandatory) * Python.
