If you are passionate about design applied to professional environments, meticulous image editing, and working on projects with real-world impact, this is your opportunity. **What will be your mission?** As a **Graphic Designer**, your responsibilities will include: * **Laying out and designing technical documentation**, ensuring documents meet required standards of clarity, precision, and visual quality. * **Editing and optimizing images** of equipment, uniforms, and technical materials using tools such as **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**, ensuring suitability for inclusion in official specifications and documents. * **Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams** (technical, legal, and administrative) to ensure graphical documentation complies with project requirements and applicable regulations. * **Reviewing and refining designs** based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency and alignment with project objectives. * **Managing tight deadlines** and prioritizing tasks to meet key documentation delivery dates. **Requirements** **What are we looking for?** **Education:** * **Higher Education Degree in Graphic Design** or equivalent (Vocational Training or university studies in graphic arts, digital design, or illustration). **Experience:** * **Minimum 2 years** of experience in graphic design applied to **technical documentation**. * Experience in **layout of long documents** (reports, manuals, specifications) and **professional image editing**. * Knowledge of **corporate image guidelines** or visual standards in regulated environments. **Technical Skills:** * **Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator** (mandatory). * **Experience with Adobe Photoshop** (photographic retouching and image adjustment). * **Desirable:** Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or prototyping tools. **Skills:** * **Attention to detail** and ability to identify visual errors. * **Organization and time management** to meet tight deadlines. * **Clear communication** with non-technical teams. * **Adaptability** to changes in requirements or regulations. * **Teamwork** in multidisciplinary environments. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract (freelance hiring possible). * Flexible intensive work schedule (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM\). * Private health insurance. * On-site work mode in Madrid. * 22 vacation days \+ additional free days.
