We seek a **Senior Analyst Cloud Infrastructure / Security** interested in building a career in infrastructure and security, actively participating in the operation, improvement, and evolution of cloud environments and critical infrastructures. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and support cloud and on-premise infrastructures, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, availability, and security requirements. * Participate in monitoring, incident resolution, and problem analysis across infrastructure and network environments. * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, infrastructure service automation, and optimization. * Work alongside other technical and security teams to ensure stable, secure environments aligned with corporate standards. **Responsibilities** * Management and operation of cloud infrastructures, including administration, hardening, and operational support tasks. * Support for networking and security environments, applying best practices in network security and access control. * Participation in infrastructure, data center, and associated service design and evolution activities. * Technical documentation of operational procedures, configurations, and environment changes. * Compliance with security policies, service governance, and ITIL processes in production environments. **Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to infrastructure, cloud, networking, or security. * Experience administering Cyber Tools (CyberArk, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Netskope, etc.). * Next-generation firewall and VPN operations and administration (Fortinet, Cisco, etc.). * English B2 (required for communication with international clients). * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching. * PCNSA certification. * CyberArk certification (CDE). * AZ\-500 certification. * Knowledge of Data Center Orchestration \& Provisioning. * Experience in Infrastructure Design and IT Infrastructure Operations. * Intermediate knowledge of Network Security. **Work Model and Location** This position is preferably based in Madrid under a hybrid work model: 80% remote work and 20% on-site.
