We are looking for you! * Receiving and making calls from customers and company technicians. * Resolving incidents, escalation, and follow-up. * Prior experience in telephone-based or CRA (Customer Response Area) technical customer support (mandatory). * High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher education. * Experience in IT, telecommunications, and/or electronics. * User-level computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
