Collaboration in course implementation and functionality **Description:** ---------------- With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Grupo Hedima, a consulting firm specializing in training projects for large enterprises, is seeking an E-Learning Technician. Your responsibilities will include: * Administering and maintaining the LMS platform, including course creation, configuration, and completion; user onboarding; and content testing. * Providing technical support to users and resolving issues related to the LMS platform. * Collaborating with the Talent team to ensure proper course implementation and functionality on the platform. * Performing updates and enhancements to the LMS platform. * Generating and analyzing student completion reports. * Training end users and administrators on LMS platform usage. * Participating in meetings with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate projects. * Digital archiving of documentation. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 2 years of experience administering LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.). * Technical skills in database management and IT problem resolution.
