**1. WORK SCHEDULE** \- Monday to Friday: 10:30 \- 14:00 and 17:00 \- 20:00 \- Saturdays: 11:00 \- 14:00 **2. STORE MAINTENANCE:** \- Keep the store clean and well-organized. \- Clean every morning and tidy up before closing (including lowering hangers to the stockroom, taking out the trash, restocking sold items, dressing mannequins, etc.). \- Ensure clothing is neatly arranged by model and properly ironed, and that shop windows and jewelry displays are presented attractively. \- Iron new incoming stock—typically once per week—as well as returned items. **3. CUSTOMER SERVICE:** \- Greet customers courteously and enthusiastically, demonstrating product knowledge and genuine interest. \- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. \- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally. \- Foster a relaxed yet attentive shopping experience. \- Never rush customers due to closing time; priority is delivering an excellent customer experience. **4. PERSONAL APPEARANCE** Since this role involves direct customer interaction, a consistently professional and well-groomed appearance is required. This includes: \- Always clean and well-kept hands and nails. \- Proper personal hygiene and an overall clean, neat appearance. \- Clean hair, appropriately styled. \- Subtle makeup and mild perfumes/colognes. \- Clean, ironed, and well-maintained uniform. **5. COMPANY POLICIES** \- Answer the company phone exclusively for store-related matters. \- Report all sold items during daily closing procedures. \- Personal mobile phone use is prohibited except in urgent situations. \- Strictly adhere to our return and exchange policy. **6. SALARY AND BONUS** \- The sales assistant will undergo a probationary period of up to 4 months, during which salary will be paid according to the collective agreement. Thereafter, bonuses or incentives may be offered to suitable candidates, based on sales performance, effort, dedication, commitment, and seniority.
