**Join our team as an AESA RADAR Product Engineer!**
*Note: Although this position is posted in Spain, it will be performed on-site in the United Arab Emirates.*
We are seeking professionals based in Spain willing to relocate and participate in advanced technology projects at an international level.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the development, integration and validation of state-of-the-art AESA RADAR systems, participating in all phases of the product lifecycle and contributing to strategic international projects.
**Your Responsibilities:**
You will join the technical team responsible for the development and functional assurance of AESA-based RADAR systems. Your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in the design and integration of AESA RADAR systems.
* Performing functional and performance testing on complex RF electronic equipment.
* Designing, validating and characterizing advanced waveforms.
* Operating RF instrumentation: spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.
* Working with antennas, RF circuits and specialized measurement equipment.
* Preparing technical documentation for PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR phases and system/product test documentation.
* Specifying test requirements, drafting test plans, procedures and reports.
* Integrating and validating subsystems in laboratory and platform environments.
* Performing signal analysis, processing and simulations in MATLAB.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Telecommunications Engineering (Bachelor’s \+ Master’s degree).
* Training or experience in: **radar, RF, antennas or signal processing**.
* Experience (4–5 years) in RF design, antennas and testing of complex electronic systems.
* Advanced knowledge and usage of MATLAB.
* Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation: analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.
* Experience in technical documentation and development phases (PDR / CDR / TRR / FDR).
* Knowledge of RF, antennas, waveforms and circuits.
* High-level English (B2–C1\).
* Proactive attitude, analytical capability and motivation for technical work.

**Our Selection Process:**
