We are currently looking to hire a **Data Architect GCP** to lead the evolution of the corporate data architecture and analytics platform for a major company. The selected candidate will serve as the technical and functional reference point, responsible for designing scalable, reliable, and business-oriented data solutions, ensuring proper utilization of corporate information—particularly in financial, corporate, and GIS domains. Main Responsibilities: * Design and evolve the corporate data architecture, ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with business needs. * Define data models, functional domains, and ETL/ELT integration strategies. * Maintain and evolve critical integrations between corporate systems and analytics platforms. * Design and govern corporate datasets, metrics, and reports for areas such as Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or Tax. * Lead automation initiatives and data applications developed in Python. * Define and promote data governance best practices: quality, lineage, cataloging, traceability, and access control. * Coordinate with business units and translate functional requirements into analytical solutions. * Coordinate external vendors and technical resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives. * Participate in advanced analytics and GIS data exploitation projects when required. **Requirements:** --------------- * Senior-level experience as a Data Architect, Data Lead, or similar role. * Experience designing end\-to\-end data architectures in cloud environments. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics/BI-oriented data modeling. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially: * + BigQuery + Cloud Storage + Cloud Composer + Cloud Functions * Experience developing solutions and automations using Python. * Knowledge of data governance: * + Quality + Lineage + Catalog + Access management * Experience coordinating technical teams and external vendors. * Ability to interact with business units and translate functional requirements into data solutions. **Desirable** * Experience in financial or corporate environments. * Knowledge of GIS and geospatial analytics. * Experience in data governance and strategy. * Experience driving business adoption of analytical solutions. * Familiarity with modern cloud-based data architectures. **If you are passionate about data and seek a role that combines architecture, governance, analytics, and business vision, this is your opportunity.
