




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Technician to support daily operations and thesis defenses at the Doctoral School, interacting with doctoral candidates and faculty members. At the Doctoral School (**EDUNIR**), we are looking for an Administrative Technician who will play a vital role in managing the school’s daily operations and thesis defenses. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Support the administrative, documentary, and budgetary management of the Doctoral School. Support the administrative and documentary management of doctoral programs, contributing to their smooth execution. Participate in coordination meetings and provide excellent administrative support to our doctoral candidates, tutors, supervisors, and examination panels. Issue certificates and assist in organizing doctoral thesis defenses. Support the Quality Department in preparing reports and assist the team in maintaining our website. **What are we looking for in you?** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate-level Excel). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Key competencies: teamwork, proactivity, adaptability to change, analytical ability, and orientation toward internal customers (doctoral candidates and faculty). ***Positively Valued*** Experience in administrative and budgetary management, particularly within universities or research centers.
