We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and participate in a 100% remote project. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop language model–based services using Python. * Implement agents and workflows using AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or equivalent technologies. * Ensure structured and validated outputs via defined schemas and quality control mechanisms. * Design and maintain versioned, easily auditable prompts. * Define evaluation and validation strategies for AI-generated results in collaboration with business units. * Collaborate with functional experts to analyze, clarify, and formalize complex business rules. * Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-based systems’ accuracy, robustness, and traceability. * Implement observability and monitoring mechanisms for model behavior. * Process unstructured information from emails, PDFs, Word documents, and scanned images into structured formats. **Mandatory Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in Generative AI. * At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and operating language models in production environments serving real users. * Proficiency in Python 3.11 or later. * Experience with Pydantic v2 and structured data validation. * Experience designing agent-based systems, workflows, or generative AI applications. * Knowledge of techniques for validating and controlling the quality of model-generated responses. * Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. **Highly Valued:** * Experience with LangGraph, pydantic-ai, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. * Terraform (IaC) applied to client platform modules: remote state stored in S3, environment-specific workspaces, and cross-repository state reads. Ability to read and modify existing Terraform code, and diagnose remote state and lock issues. * AWS experience, specifically with AWS Lambda within a VPC. **Valued:** * Port-and-adapters architecture or hexagonal architecture. * Model observability tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or Logfire. * Experience extracting and processing information from unstructured documentation. * Participation in projects where AI response quality was measured using test suites jointly defined with business stakeholders.
