Your responsibilities fall into three major pillars: **1\. Technical Excellence and Maintenance** ️ * **Caring for the facility:** You’ll supervise and monitor building infrastructure to ensure everything remains in perfect condition. * **Preventive maintenance:** You’ll conduct periodic inspections following our technical plans — staying ahead of any challenge! * **Action and solutions:** You’ll provide direct support for corrective maintenance tasks and specific technical activities. * **Control and quality:** You’ll collaborate on preparing reports and technical documentation to uphold our excellence standards. **2\. Operations Management and Efficiency** * **Logistics fleet:** You’ll closely monitor maintenance of our forklifts and lifting equipment. * **External partners:** You’ll serve as a point of contact when communicating with suppliers and analyzing new technical proposals. * **Safety and compliance:** You’ll assist in legal reviews of critical installations (electricity, fire suppression systems, HVAC, etc.). * **Optimization:** You’ll identify opportunities to improve cost-efficiency and service levels. **3\. We want you to communicate confidently! ️ * **Experience:** At least **2 years** of experience in similar roles, preferably within fast-paced logistics or industrial environments. ️ * **Digitalization:** Fluent use of office tools (**Excel**, email), plus experience with **SAP** or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * **Soft Skills:** Ability to independently manage incidents, and above all — a positive attitude oriented toward **teamwork**. ✨ * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license and **personal vehicle** to commute to our workplace. **Additional Information** Applicants must be nationals of EU countries or hold a valid work permit.
