We are looking for individuals passionate about consulting and business, eager to grow, tackle new challenges, and advance their professional careers to the next level. **Job Description** Within our Banking and Insurance team, we are seeking profiles with a strong data component. Key Responsibilities: * Actively participate in digital transformation and process improvement projects, developing practical solutions using Python, Google Apps Script, and automation tools. * Design, implement, and optimize automations that reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency for business teams. * Create dynamic dashboards and reports for KPI tracking and decision-making, using tools such as Power BI and Google Looker Studio. * Develop supporting materials (presentations, documentation, tutorials, or audiovisual resources) to facilitate client adoption of digital solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business and technology), ensuring solution quality, usefulness, and value orientation. * Participate in data and analytics initiatives, helping clients structure their information from a strategic business perspective. **Requirements** **Education and Skills Expected:** * University degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines; training in Data Science, Big Data, or AI is valued. * Genuine interest in technology consulting, continuous improvement, and digital transformation—especially in complex environments such as the financial sector. * Experience or strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL) and office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to program and automate processes using languages such as Python or similar. * Native or advanced Spanish and high-level English (minimum B2, C1 preferred). * Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in teams.
