We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and strategically minded **Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist** to elevate our brands and projects to the next level. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Growth Strategy:** Design and implement customer acquisition and conversion campaigns across paid digital channels. * **Content and Brand Management:** Develop and execute corporate and product communication strategies, ensuring consistency and prestige for the *Blue Castle Ventures* brand. * **Conversion Funnel Optimization:** Analyze the user journey (*funnel*) to improve ROI, retention, and acquisition of qualified leads. * **Email Marketing & Automations:** Create and deploy automated lead and investor nurturing sequences via CRM platforms. * **KPI Analysis and Reporting:** Conduct periodic evaluations of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR) to support strategic decision-making.
