Our Claims division specializes in comprehensive claims management for insurance companies and sector clients, delivering agile, efficient, and high-quality service. As part of our growth and the launch of new projects, we seek a candidate with experience managing SGR claims files who wishes to join a team committed to excellence and customer orientation. What will you do? As an SGR Accident Claims Handler (m/f/d), you will join the Claims team and actively participate in: Managing national accident claims files under the SGR agreement. Processing claims files from opening to resolution. Reviewing documentation and ensuring proper handling of each file. Maintaining communication with all parties involved throughout the claims process. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established quality standards. **Main responsibilities:** Comprehensively processing SGR accident claims files. Analyzing required documentation for each file. Ensuring efficient management aligned with established deadlines. Collaborating with the rest of the Claims team to ensure correct file management. Maintaining smooth communication with clients and partner entities. Coordinating necessary information for proper resolution of accidents. What are we looking for? Relevant education in insurance or administration is valued. 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in processing SGR accident claims. Knowledge of accident claims processing agreements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Customer organization and management skills. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks. **Valuable experience:** Experience with other accident claims processing agreements is valuable. Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued. Knowledge of CICOS and other insurance sector agreements is valued. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time schedule.
