Work type: Hybrid Requirements: English B2 or higher \+ University degree or higher. **The team you’ll join:** ============================= Client DG. Client SMA. Logistics Department As an SMA Logistics Manager/Technician within Client DG, you will provide technical SMA support to Client DG’s business units. You will ensure transport companies comply with established safety requirements, safeguarding operational safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency through digitalization and key performance indicator monitoring. You will act as a facilitator and coordinate change management initiatives within these areas. You will participate in developing new projects within Client DG by analyzing associated risks and implications regarding safety. Additionally, you will participate in audits/inspections and in tracking safety objectives and indicators. **Responsibilities and duties:** ================================== * Regulatory compliance supervision. Review of the SMA transport procedure and carriers’ compliance. * Monitoring of Client DG fleet inspections. Support tasks such as incident dissemination, tracking of corrective actions implemented, and preparation of various documentation. * Monitoring of new transportation legislation. * Technical safety support in transportation for Client DG business units. * CAEs (Enterprise Activity Coordination). Weekly monitoring of transport companies’ Safety Passport status. * Annual Safety Drill Report: Compilation of all safety drills conducted with transport companies and preparation of the annual report, including registration in Synergi of identified AAMs. * SMA process digitalization. Technical support for SharePoint and other IT tools (dashboards, KPI tracking, etc.). * Review and identification of SMA aspects to be included in tendering processes (technical specifications, evaluation matrices, etc.) and SMA assessment of bids. * Participation in safety coordination for new projects within the scope of application and coordination of change management activities. * Support in SMA Management. * Conducting SMA audits and inspections at affected transport companies and tracking resulting AAMMs. * Collaboration and participation in transportation safety events. **You’ll be a great fit if:** ============================== * Prior experience in logistics-related roles (desirable). * Proficiency in analytical presentation tools, such as Power BI, and use of Artificial Intelligence tools. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and communication skills. * Knowledge of transportation legislation. **\#LI\-CC1** =============
