Real opportunities for growth and professional development Facility Assistant – Headquarters (Madrid) Start Date: Immediate Salary: 25\.000 Job Description: We are looking for a Facility Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, guaranteeing vendor coordination and compliance with quality standards. You will be a fundamental support to the Facilities team and to the operation of our centers. Main Responsibilities: * Management of area vendors: HVAC, Domestic Hot Water (ACS), Cleaning, MultiTech, among others. * Direct support to the Facility Coordinator and Regional Managers. * Tracking and management of tickets within your assigned zone. * Monitoring and control of the budget allocated per region. * Oversight and evaluation of vendor performance together with Regional Managers. * Periodic visits to centers with Cluster Managers to assess needs. * Meetings with vendors to review progress, define improvements, and provide feedback. * Candidate Profile: * Experience in vendor management and facility maintenance. * Strong organizational, planning, and budget control skills. * Communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. * Willingness to travel to various centers. * What We Offer: * Opportunity to join a sector-leading company. * Dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. * Real opportunities for growth and professional development.
