Senior Integration Manager

DESCRIPTION At Housfy, we are looking to expand our team with a Junior Integration Manager to join our Communities and Rentals department. The Junior Integration Manager supports the integration process of portfolios of property owners' communities and rental properties within the Back Office team, collaborating with other team members to ensure correct technical and operational execution. Additionally, they participate in training and mentoring activities for management and administration teams regarding the use of management tools. This position represents an opportunity to grow professionally within the integrations area and develop technical and communication skills in a dynamic environment. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Provide support for integration tasks related to portfolios of communities and rentals. * Assist in developing and updating training materials. * Participate in training sessions with management teams. * Monitor potential operational incidents and report them to the team. * Collaborate in collecting data and documenting integrations. * Maintain smooth communication with the integrations team and other involved departments. **What do we expect from you?** * Intermediate or higher degree in Administration or related field * Fluent and courteous verbal and written communication skills * Experience in the property management sector is valued * Basic knowledge of management tools such as Gesfincas or TAAF is highly desirable * Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change * Familiarity with administrative and operational processes * Basic accounting knowledge: journal entries, reconciliations, chart of accounts * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally * Proactivity and ability to resolve incidents with support * Teamwork and consistent collaboration * Orderliness, responsibility, and attention to detail **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
