Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect Site Manager for direct client management, construction control (including personnel and materials), and project economic control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct client management and construction supervision 2. Organization of in-house and subcontracted personnel 3. Economic control and financial planning of projects We are looking for a Site Manager with a Technical Architect profile to join a growing construction company located in the Northern Area. Main responsibilities will include direct client management, comprehensive construction control covering organization of in-house and subcontracted personnel as well as material supervision. The role also entails economic control, ensuring proper financial planning and execution for each project. Adherence to the company's established procedures for tendering, contracting, and execution is required. A permanent contract directly with the company is offered, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00. The annual gross salary is €42,000, supplemented by a company car and fuel expenses. The first month will be dedicated to office-based training, followed by deployment to construction sites. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect / Site Manager. * Education: Technical Architecture degree (mandatory) * Software knowledge: AutoCAD and Presto.
