Job Summary: We are seeking a trainee for the Project Management Office (PMO) with an interest in managing technology projects and an analytical mindset to coordinate a complex digital ecosystem. You will join the Project Management Office (PMO), learning how a complex digital ecosystem is coordinated and how cross-functional success is ensured across IT & Data Management. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to: * Support coordination of the project roadmap, assisting in tracking milestones and tasks across different departments. * Help monitor the financial control of projects, learning how to identify deviations from the initial plan. * Assist and collaborate in preparing documentation for Steering Committees and decision-making processes. * Collaborate in preparing and updating management reports (KPIs) to measure productivity and quality of ongoing projects. * Learn to analyze the evolution of the technological ecosystem and contribute ideas to optimize resources. Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics or related fields, eligible for a training agreement. Languages: English level C1 (French at intermediate level is a plus). Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, interest in project management, and an analytical mindset.
