At **EIGO**, we primarily focus on construction projects for logistics, industrial, and technology-sector facilities, and we are seeking a **Study Technician** who wishes to join a team committed to **technical excellence, project analysis, budget preparation, and efficient management of technical documentation**.

**Your challenge as a Study Technician**
You will conduct project analysis, cost estimation and budgeting, as well as project risk analysis.
**Key responsibilities**
* Conducting technical and economic studies to prepare bids for industrial, logistics, industrial warehouse, and Data Center projects.
* Analyzing projects, tender documents, and technical documentation, requesting clarifications from clients as needed to properly define bids.
* Contacting and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to request, analyze, and compare technical and economic offers.
* Preparing budgets, quantity take-offs, and scheduling timelines for inclusion in construction execution programs.
* Providing technical and economic monitoring of assigned projects, supervising proper progress of works and achievement of objectives.
* Controlling and verifying compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations for each project.
* Reviewing and validating technical documentation provided by clients, engineering firms, suppliers, and vendors.
* Coordinating with various departments involved in project development to ensure technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions.
* Participating in the optimization of construction solutions and installations, proposing improvements in cost, schedule, and execution.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Technical Architecture, Superior Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degrees.
* Minimum **3\-4 years’ experience as a Study and Bidding Technician** (tendering) in construction companies.
* Experience in studying and evaluating **industrial, logistics, industrial warehouse, and Data Center projects.**
* Knowledge of and ability to analyze installations in highly technically complex projects.
* Proficiency in **Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.**
* Familiarity with Revit is desirable.
* Minimum **B2\+ level of English.**
* Ability to perform technical and economic project analysis, as well as coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
