As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from inception to completion. * Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and work quality standards. * Collaborate with design and architecture teams to guarantee accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Continuously monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during execution. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate the procurement and management of suppliers and subcontractors. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. Requirements * Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Civil Engineering. * Basic-level occupational health and safety training (60 hours), or site manager/technical execution officer training (20 hours). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing building construction projects of the type described, within construction companies. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Personal vehicle.
