Requirements * Experience in mise en place, appetizers, tartares, marinades, escabeches, salads, and side dishes. * Attention to detail and plating experience. * Efficiency during service. * Organization, cleanliness, and ability to work under pressure. * Team-oriented attitude, commitment, and eagerness for professional growth.
