DESCRIPTION **At Colegio Kostka – Jesuitas Santander, we are seeking a General Maintenance Officer profile whose mission is to ensure the proper condition and operation of the school's facilities and equipment, guaranteeing a safe, clean, and functional environment for the entire educational community.** The **responsibilities** include: * Supervision and repair of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry installations. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, and equipment. * Control of heating and ventilation systems. * Support in event organization (setup and teardown). * Incident management and reporting of breakdowns. **We offer:** * Percentage of working hours and their distribution: * Positions available across two schools in Santander * COLEGIO KOSTKA DE SANTANDER: 9 contract hours per week (23%) * COLEGIO COMPAÑÍA DE MARÍA: 6 contract hours per week (15%) * TOTAL: 15 hours per week (38%) * These hours are proposed to be carried out over two or three days per week. Flexibility to agree on the specific days at both schools. * The schedule would preferably be in the afternoon (between 14:00 and 21:00), although each school can negotiate a mutually convenient timetable with the employee. SALARY (approx.): estimated salary across both centers: between 370 and 410 € (salary according to collective agreement). * REQUIREMENTS * Availability to handle incidents outside regular working hours * Willingness to take on on-call duties during holidays * Vocational training in maintenance or technical specialties. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. * Proficiency with maintenance tools. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions. * Basic computer skills including email and incident reporting applications. * A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be positively considered.
