Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to organize and plan daily maintenance activities, prevent failures, and optimize team performance. Key Highlights: 1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan electrical maintenance interventions. * Prepare documentation to feed the intervention program. * Coordinate the team of electrical supervisors to meet planning requirements. * Collaborate in the implementation of new equipment and technologies. * Promote a culture of safety and prevention, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with established protocols, minimizing risks and safeguarding team integrity. **Is this job for you?** Do you have: * Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics). * Preferred: University Master’s in Industrial Engineering / Master’s in Industrial Maintenance or Maintenance Management / Master’s in Industrial Automation and Control. * Specific knowledge: PLC programming interpretation (Unity), high- and low-voltage systems, variable-frequency drives, robotics. * Languages: English (intermediate–advanced level, B2) highly valued; French (valuable but not mandatory). * Preferred: Knowledge of continuous improvement programs. * Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an industrial environment.
