We are looking for a Process Governance and Quality Control Specialist! At Excelia, a multinational consulting, technology, and professional services firm with over 25 years of experience and international presence, we are seeking a professional to join our team and lead governance and quality control activities over critical technological management processes. **Responsibilities:** * Define, maintain, and evolve the methodological framework for Vulnerability, Patching, and Obsolescence (VPO) process governance and control. * Validate that processes executed by Process Owners comply with defined controls and standards. * Conduct control and supervision activities over VPO processes. * Verify and validate operational evidence prior to submission to audit or risk functions. * Identify deviations, control failures, and emerging risks in control operations. * Perform design and operational effectiveness testing of VPO governance and control measures. * Centralize evidence requests originating from internal audit, external audit, and Line 2. * Review evidence submitted by Process Owners, ensuring format, completeness, and quality. * Conduct periodic pre-checks to minimize findings arising from documentation deficiencies. **Requirements:** * Experience in process governance, internal control, or quality control within technology environments. * Knowledge of vulnerability, patching, and obsolescence (VPO) management processes. * Experience interacting with internal audit, external audit, and risk functions. * Ability to perform control testing (design and operational effectiveness). * Analytical, methodical profile with a continuous improvement orientation. * Communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders. **What we offer:** * Participation in high-impact projects in IT process governance and control. * Integration into an expert team specializing in control, risk, and cybersecurity. * Professional development in GRC, technology auditing, and IT governance.
