We are a leader in infrastructure and engineering, firmly committed to integrating sustainability into our organizational strategy. We currently require a TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER for Cantabria. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure proper technical, contractual, and economic project management through thorough documentation review, measurement and cost control, and technical support to the Site Management. Guarantee that execution complies with contractual requirements, proposing solutions and optimization strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and construction profitability. * Comprehensive project review to identify contractual issues, technical inconsistencies, and potential risks affecting project progress. * Control and review of project measurements, preparing cost forecasts and estimates of final cost (EAC). * Monthly measurement preparation for production calculation, certification, and economic tracking. * Preparation and updating of budgets, breakdowns, and comparative tables using specialized software (Presto, Menfis). * Document management and technical control of drawings, specifications, change orders, and modifications. * Proposal and evaluation of improvement strategies to address contractual or technical issues. * Coordination with Site Management, production teams, and subcontractors to ensure correct interpretation of documentation and measurement criteria. * Preparation of periodic technical and economic reports for project management. * Advanced use of CAD tools (AutoCAD) for drawing review and updates. * Intensive use of Office 365 for reporting, data analysis, and document coordination. REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or Industrial Engineering (must be officially recognized in Spain). * Minimum of **5 years’ experience in a Construction Technical Office**, preferably in building or civil works projects. * Experience in **project review, measurements, certifications, and technical-economic construction control**. * Knowledge of **cost tracking, variance analysis, and final cost estimation (EAC)**. * Experience in **preparing and reviewing measurements, budgets, and production control**. * Ability to **interpret drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications**, as well as manage contractual modifications. * Proficiency in **Presto / Menfis**, **AutoCAD**, and **Microsoft Office 365** (especially Excel). * Prior experience in **infrastructure, urban development, hydraulic, or industrial projects**, as well as coordination with Site Management, clients, and subcontractors is desirable.
